Hi, I’m Lekeshia Angelique Hicks, U.S. Army veteran, HR strategist, and creator of The SECURE Workforce™ Model.
After 23 years in the military and two decades advising Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, I realized something simple but powerful—most organizations don’t lose people because of poor hiring. They lose people because of poor structure.
